The following is a list of Schatt & Morgan knives, which Queen Cutlery restarted
producing in 1991. The Schatt & Morgan brand ceased being produced in 1928.
The knives which Queen Cutlery started in 1991 are called a series. Series #1
was made in 1991. They continue to add a series each year. They are now at
series #18. You may view a larger picture of each series by clicking on the thumbs
below. Feel free to download these as you would have a catalog. For series 1 thru
12 please email me (Clarence) at risnereyebrand@aol.com for available items
in these series. If you would like to purchase items from series 13 thru 19 the website

For the collector or user, there is no knife better than the
Schatt & Morgan 'File and Wire' Select series. These knives bear the
"File and Wire Tested" mark. This Mark was established over 70 years
ago to insure the hardness of the blade, by cutting it with a new file
and then testing the edge by cutting a wire of known consistency and hardness.
Each knife features ATS 34 Stainless Steel Blades,
jigged bone handles, nickel silver bolsters, mirror polished blades and bolsters.
